Common questions
How is my quote calculated?
From the plan you choose and your number of units: we count your users, your computers and your licensed email mailboxes, and bill the highest of the three (never added together). Shared mailboxes without a licence are free, and a computer shared by several people counts as one unit plus half a unit for each additional person. Plus one-time onboarding. Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace licences are bought directly from Microsoft or Google and are not on our invoice. Nothing is added after the fact for covered work.
Is the quote binding?
A quote is an invitation to request an agreement. Price and scope are confirmed in the written agreement signed by both parties after a short assessment.
What do you need from me?
Your user count, your locations, the tools you already run and the problem you most want solved. Five minutes of detail produces a far more accurate number.
