Engineers who want to own their craft.
Hexafusion is a Vancouver-based team serving organizations across the Lower Mainland. We hire technicians and engineers who can own a problem end-to-end and explain what they did in plain English.
What we value
- Curiosity over credentials — we care what you've built and broken, not which degree you hold
- Plain-language writing — if you can explain a patch cycle to a bookkeeper, you'll do well here
- No ego on a ticket — senior and junior share the same queue; best answer wins
- Commitment to growth — we support at least one new certification per year

How we hire
Our hiring process
- Apply on Indeed — click the button on the role above. Indeed handles the resume upload and initial screening.
- 30-minute conversation — not an interview, just a chat. We want to know what you've built and what you want to build next.
- Practical exercise — a real (sanitized) ticket or incident to talk through. No timed quizzes, no whiteboard trivia.
- Team conversation — you meet the people you'd actually work with.
- Offer — with salary, benefits, and time-off policy in writing on day one.
Work policy
On-site first. Hybrid is earned, not default.
Hexafusion is an MSP and MSSP — our clients need hands-on, on-site support, so every role here is on-site by default. Our office is in downtown Vancouver (250 – 997 Seymour St), and our IT support team rotates between the office and client sites across the Lower Mainland.
Some roles — marketing, sales, and parts of our cybersecurity team — may qualify for partial-remote work, but only after:
- You've completed ramp-up and consistently met the performance bar for your role
- Your manager and our leadership team explicitly approve a hybrid schedule
In practice, "hybrid" means a fixed set of remote days per week or per month — not "work from home whenever." You'll still come in for client-facing days, team syncs, and anything that needs your physical presence. No role at Hexafusion is fully remote.
We're upfront about this so you can decide early if it's right for you. If you're looking for fully remote work, Hexafusion isn't the right fit — and that's OK.
