Accessibility Statement
Effective date: August 30, 2026 · Applies to hexafusion.com.
1. Our Commitment
Hexafusion IT Solutions wants hexafusion.com to be usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnification, voice control, or keyboard-only navigation. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project, and we review and improve the site on a rolling basis.
2. Standard We Work Toward
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as our target reference standard. We have not undergone a formal third-party conformance audit, so we do not claim full conformance today — this is the standard we design and fix issues against.
3. What We've Built In
- A "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page for keyboard users.
- Semantic heading structure and landmark regions (header, nav, main, footer) throughout the site.
- Alt text on informational images; purely decorative images are marked so assistive technology skips them.
- Visible focus states and keyboard-operable navigation, forms, and menus.
- Colour choices checked for reasonable contrast against their backgrounds.
- Support for both light and dark colour schemes, following the visitor's own system preference.
- Responsive layout that reflows for screen magnification and mobile screen readers rather than requiring horizontal scrolling.
4. Known Limitations
Some third-party embedded tools (for example, interactive quote or estimator widgets) may not fully meet this standard yet. If you hit a barrier anywhere on the site, tell us using the contact details below and we will address it or provide the information another way.
5. Reporting a Barrier
If any part of hexafusion.com is difficult to use with the technology you rely on, please contact us. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports promptly and will work with you on a reasonable alternative if we can't fix the issue immediately.

We may update this statement as the site and our accessibility work evolve. We will post the revised version with an updated effective date.
